3. 合并 Product-state contract，统一 auth / quota / provider / paid / checkout / copy / upload / generate 状态。
4. 收敛 v1 范围为 find effect → sample → copy prompt → open editor → provider state clear → conditional generation。
5. 将页面矩阵升级为 Route Index Contract，明确 index / noindex / redirect / future。
6. 冻结 `/ai-photo-editing-prompts` 与 `/prompt-library` 分工，避免 Hub 与 Catalog 抢同一职责。
7. 合并 SEO-Copy Freeze，补齐核心页面 H1、short answer、H2/H3、FAQ、schema、internal links。
8. 替换定价为可执行 Pricing Contract：Free / Pro / Business 三档，Credit Pack 仅 Pro add-on。
9. 加入 Stripe Tax / billing / webhook / refund / subtotal-tax-total 上线硬闸门。
10. 明确 Owner Approval Gate：孟健确认前，设计 / 前端 / 后端 / QA 不得继续开工。
